Meet Erica Gary
Ms. Gary's inspiration for developing this platform began in 2011, after the death of her mother from heart disease. With her passing, she was determined to understand if and how it could have been prevented. She was shocked to learn the alarming rate heart disease, as well as obesity, Type 2 Diabetes, and high blood pressure, were robbing family members of their loved ones. She was especially saddened to find many of these tragedies are preventable.
Through regular exercise and adherence to a sensible diet, these diseases can be controlled, reversed, and even eliminated. This knowledge motivated Ms. Gary to action! She spent countless hours developing her plan, incorporating both exercise and a healthy diet. Get Fit For A Purpose helps prevent these diseases and adds years to your life.
